After the recent heavy rains, we discovered roof leaks on both our home and patio that were starting to cause interior damage. With the weekend approaching, I called at least a dozen companies trying to get an emergency inspection. Reimagine was the only one that said they could make it out the next day and I’m so glad they did.Isaac arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly identified the issues: our roof was over ten years old, and the underlayment had deteriorated from years of sun and weather exposure. Reimagine’s team replaced the entire underlayment, installed new shingles on the patio roof, and repaired any rotted wood and broken tiles they found along the way.The crew was professional, respectful, and their attention to detail was impressive especially their daily cleanup, which left the area spotless at the end of each day. Our project liaison stayed in constant communication with updates, so we always knew what was happening and when.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, professionalism, and communication from Reimagine.
