STAY AWAY FROM REIMAGINE ROOFING!!!!!!! I had my roof redone in New Mexico, in 2024 by this company. March 2025 I notice that there are shingles falling off the roof so I called REIMAGINE ROOFING for repairs. They sent LEO out to do repairs and I thought LEO did a good job until October 2025 when I notice shingles falling off my roof AGAIN!!! I have now spent the last 3 months trying to get help REPAIRING the REPAIRS that LEO did and get this mess fixed correctly. In the last 3 months I have talked to Chase, Rico , Lorenzo and the WARRANTY SPECIALIST at the call center by the name of Mikki ?? Mekki ?? These people and this company are full of empty promises and no call backs. They have told me on many occasions that I cant talk to the WARRANTY SPECIALIST – Mekki?? MIKKI?? because she is SO busy. LOL. If all the roofs that this company does are as bad as mine Im sure she is the busiest person in the company. WARRANTY SPECIALIST !!!! They even told me that the crew in New Mexico wouldn’t call them or e-mail them back to come look at the mess I have on my roof and do the repairs of shingles falling off of my roof. They can’t even get their crews to respond. Stay away from this business . I spent over $15,000 at REIMAGINE ROOFING and I was better off with my 30 year old roof. I recently hired Reimaging Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first call to the final cleanup, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised.The crew did great work and paid attention to the details. My roof looks fantastic, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and my time.I’m very grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend Reimaging Roofing to anyone needing reliable, quality roofing.
